I offer a dedicated space to slow down and reflect on what is happening in your life. Our sessions are collaborative and paced according to your needs. Some people come with a specific difficulty they want to address, while others use therapy as an opportunity to better understand themselves and make lasting changes in their lives.
My aim is to help you feel heard and understood while also supporting you in developing practical ways to move forward
